"I was quoted a rate for a business property policy only to be charged 20% more once the policy issued. The agent did not tell me the rate could change once it went through underwriting. They said it was because of a claim I made with a different insurance company 2 years prior. The increase in premium was almost as much as the claim. Do not trust Snake Farm."

For commercial property policies with most insurers, the initial premium is a preliminary quote and can change after underwriting reviews third-party reports and verified loss history with any carrier. When the premium was adjusted, our team contacted you right away to explain and discuss options. The policy then remained in place for seven months before cancellation, and we reviewed the final billing with you.
We never want anyone to feel misled, and we’ll keep working to be crystal clear about how underwriting can affect price. I’m glad to go over your file directly — please call our office and ask for me.

I was immediately impressed with his market knowledge, insight to customer perspectives, and his candor. He represents an excellent company and worked to uncover every option that tailored coverage to my needs. He may be in Georgia, but he's intimate with my North Carolina market as well as the rest of the southeast.
Perhaps Ian's best strength is his patience in educating insurance buyers effectively and efficiently. It was easy to understand his explanations of even the most complicated aspects of insurance and risk. He's polite, authentic, and respectful in the way that many veterans are. A pleasure to chat with, and he gave me all the time that I needed.
